    CFF opposed to the development of a proposed 40-store outlet mall on the north edge of Florence, based on the information provided below.

    On January 28, 1998: CFF filed a Notice of Intent to Appeal land use decision of re-zoning of 16.87 acres located on Hwy. 101 and Munsel Lake Road from Single Family Residential to Highway District. Petition for Review filed at Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) No. 98-029, May 18, 1998. Oral Arguments before Land Use Board of Appeals July 16, 1998.  LUBA decision issued October 21, 1998.
