    NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPEAL

    1.

    Notice is hereby given that petitioners intend to appeal that land use decision or limited land use decision of respondent entitled RESOLUTION NO. 16, SERIES 2002, (Exhibit 1 attached) which became final on June 3, 2002, and which involves approval of annexation of contiguous territory to the City of Florence.

    2.

    A.   Petitioner Citizens For Florence is represented by Zane Ziemer, President of Citizens For Florence, P.O. Box 1212, Florence, Oregon 97439, 541-997-9095.  Petitioner Citizens For Florence is designated lead petitioner.

    B.   Petitioner Zane Ziemer represents himself, 1601-681 Rhododendron Drive, Florence, Oregon 97439, 541-997-9095.
